Order Management

Leo Games processes (pick / pack and dispatch) same day OR no later than 1 business day after the order is received and paid (Unless the order has PREORDER items on it and therefore the full order will be sent once the PREORDER item(s) have arrived. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle, if you have a specific carrier option, please email us.

For all orders placed on the Friday after 12pm (Sydney Time) will be dispatched no later than the following Monday (unless its a Public Holiday).

Shipping Rates

Leo Games provides variable pricing for standard services Australia Wide. Leo Games provides a calculated shipping rate through sendle as well as a fixed express post rate through AusPost. For all orders, tracking number(s) will be provided on the day of dispatch and notified via email or SMS.

Additional options for delivery with a signature is also available. If you would like to purchase cover please contact us via email before you purchase so we can provide you with a cost based on the value.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Service may take up to 6 to 9 business days.

Express Service may take up to 5 to 8 business days

UK and USA 

Standard Service may take up to 6 to 27 business days.

Express Service may take up to 5 to 18 business days

Shipping Options

Leo Games uses Sendle and Auspost as it's preferred service partners. As standard all deliveries have tracking enabled. This ensures that you can always monitor your order via our tracking confirmation or directly via the AustPost website.

Important Information

Sign on Delivery

If the receiver is not home, it is up to the carriers discretion to either safe-drop the parcel at the property out of view from the street or hold it at the nearest pick up point awaiting pick-up. 

Sendle offers coverage for lost and damaged packages up to a maximum of $300 AUD. For more information, refer to Sendle's cover policy.

Leo Games does not take any responsibility to cover your lost order and no refund will be offered.

 

International Orders

We are now sending items WORLDWIDE and pricing is based on weight per order.

IMPORTANT DETAILS: Leo Games delivers EX Works for all international deliveries and therefore all potential Customs and Duties charges by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer.
