PSA submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting cards through our grading service, you acknowledge you have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
As an authorised business by PSA, we can facilitate the submission of trading cards and other collectibles for authentication and grading. We act as intermediaries, helping to streamline the submission process, including large and complex submissions.
Once cards are submitted to PSA, they are handled under PSA's own grading standards, timelines, and procedures. We assist only with the submission, communication, shipping, and return process.
The standard wait time is 120 Business Days Minimum, this does NOT include shipping times to USA both there and back, the wait time begins from the day your cards arrive at PSA. Wait times may vary and are not in our control, PSA may add delays at any point as they see fit and are subject to change at a moment’s notice.
Your submission fee covers shipping, packaging and insurance of the cards you submit. We will insure the cards up to the declared value. While we take care in the shipping and packaging of all submissions, we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they leave us or before the they arrive back to us. We are not responsible or influence any PSA grading outcomes, damaged slabs or disputes over final grades.
All submissions are final once your cards are sent to PSA. No changes, cancellations or card swaps can be made once shipment has occurred. PSA may issue upcharges due to a higher than declared value or grade, you are responsible for covering this charge before the card is returned to you. Any unpaid surcharges must be paid in full before your cards are released to back to you.
Important to ensure:
- Cards are clean, free of debris, stickers or sleeves that contain writing.
- Cards are in Semi-Rigid Grading Holders and not in Top Loaders unless otherwise instructed.
Cards may come back from PSA ungraded if they don’t meet submission criteria.
How to Submit Cards for Grading

1. Choose Your Submission Method
Drop-off: Bring your cards to either of our store locations.
Post: Mail your cards to us (we recommend tracking & insurance for peace of mind).

2. Pre-Assessment (Optional)
We offer a free visual assessment upon drop-off, providing an opinion on the potential grade based on our experience.

3. Submission & Processing
Once received, we prepare and submit your cards to your chosen grading company.

4. Grading & Return
When grading is complete, we ensure your cards are securely shipped back to you or available for in-store pickup.
